5. Personal Information We Collect

5.1 Uploaded Photos
We temporarily process photos you upload to generate AI filters. These photos are deleted shortly after processing. We do not use or retain them for training or any other secondary purpose.
5.2 Contact Information
When you contact us (e.g., for feedback, support, bug reports), we may collect your name and email address to respond to your request.
5.3 Transaction Records
If you make in-app purchases, payment is processed by Apple. We may receive anonymized transaction records (e.g., subscription status) for functionality but do not have access to your full payment or billing information.
5.4 Technical Information (Pseudonymized)
We may collect pseudonymized technical data via tools like Firebase and Google Analytics, such as:
- Device model, OS version
- App version
- IP address (truncated/anonymized)
- Network type
- Crash and performance logs

9. Where and How We Store Your Data
- Uploaded photos are processed in real-time and deleted shortly after.
- Contact and support information may be stored securely via services like Google Workspace (e.g., Google Sheets).
- Crash and analytics data are stored securely through Firebase and Google Analytics.
- We use encryption, access control, and security monitoring to protect your data.
We do not store data on local devices or unprotected systems.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:
- Provide services
- Respond to inquiries
- Fulfill legal or operational requirements
Uploaded photos are deleted shortly after processing. Contact-related data (e.g., support emails) are deleted once your request is resolved unless we are required by law to retain it.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We regularly review and enhance our data protection practices.

13. AI Photo & Video Processing and Face Data
13.1 Uploaded Photos
- You may upload images and videos to use our editing or AI generation features.
- To enable these features, the app requires access to your photo library and/or camera. You must explicitly grant this access through the system permission prompt on your device.
- Uploaded images and videos, as well as generated AI content (such as enhanced or AI-stylized photos and videos), are processed securely on our servers.
13.2 Face Data
- Uploaded photos and videos may contain face data, which refers to information estimating the location and shape of facial features (such as eyes, nose, mouth).
- Depending on your jurisdiction, face data may be considered biometric data.
- We use face data solely to apply filters, enhance photos and videos, or generate the AI content you request.
- We do not process face data to identify or authenticate individuals, nor do we use it for any unrelated purpose.
- Face data and uploaded content are not shared with or sold to any third parties, and are only processed on our secure servers to provide the requested AI features.
13.3 Retention and Deletion
Enhancement
- Uploaded images and videos, and enhanced outputs, are deleted within 1 day after upload or enhancement.
- Face data used for enhancement is deleted immediately after the enhancement is completed.
AI Generation

Uploaded images and videos used for AI generation are retained for up to 7 days (non-subscribers) or up to 20 days (subscribers), counted from the most recent use of AI generation features.

Face data used for AI generation is also retained for the same period (7 or 20 days) to ensure the functioning of AI features, and is deleted afterwards.

AI-generated outputs are retained for up to 7 days from generation.

In any case, uploaded content and related data will be permanently deleted within 2 years from upload or generation, unless you provide explicit consent for longer retention.
Other Data
- Other personal data (e.g., contact information, usage data) is retained for up to 3 years from your most recent interaction with the app or from subscription expiration.
- After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless required by law to retain longer.
14. Advertising & SDKs
We use third-party SDKs for advertising and analytics. These may collect device and usage data as allowed by platform policy:
- Google AdMob – collects Ad ID, user behavior for ad targeting
- AppLovin – may collect ad interaction and limited contextual data
- Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics – collects crash logs and anonymized user behavior
You can reset your advertising ID or limit ad tracking via your device settings.
15. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
